Coronavirus

The Coronavirus outbreak is an international public health emergency and is already having far-reaching effects on the economy. That includes the digital sector. Meanwhile, digital technologies have been at the forefront of efforts to detect, track and find a treatment for the virus, but also in mitigating the effect on the wider economy.

On this page, you will find all the work that DIGITALEUROPE is doing to better understand this crisis and its effects on our sector. In addition, you will find our recommendations for the EU to best harness the transformative potential of digital technologies to fight disease. We are also collating examples of how our members are putting their products or services towards the global efforts to tackle Covid-19.
