Marielle Ehrmann

Marielle Ehrmann is Chief Security Compliance & Risk Officer at SAP, where she leads the company’s enterprise-wide security compliance program, encompassing governance, certifications, customer trust, go-to-market strategy, and security risk management.

In this role, Marielle is responsible for ensuring that SAP’s products, information systems, and operations adhere to international, industry, and regional compliance obligations, while effectively mitigating security risks to protect customer data and assets. A central pillar of her leadership is rebuilding and reinforcing customer trust through greater transparency and a customer-first compliance culture.

Prior to her current role, Marielle served as Head of Strategy & Operations for Technology & Innovation at SAP SE, where she drove strategic initiatives aligned with SAP’s long-term innovation agenda — spanning AI, cloud computing, and sustainability. Known for integrating strategic planning with operational execution, she has consistently led cross-functional teams through complex market dynamics while fostering a collaborative, talent-driven culture.
