Andrea Falleni is the CEO of Southern and Central Europe at Capgemini

Andrea Falleni is the CEO of Southern and Central Europe at Capgemini since early 2023, and a member of the Group Executive Board. He relies on 35 years of experience in digital, IT and innovation.

Prior to that, Andrea was Capgemini’s Global Sales Officer in the region from 2021 to 2022. He has also been the Managing Director of Capgemini Italy between 2016 and 2022.

Andrea is also an entrepreneur. He began his professional career as an IT Product Manager, before founding his own company and creating successful products and technological solutions in the financial sector. In 2003, his company BST was acquired by AIVE Group, one of the main Italian system integrators, which eventually became part of Capgemini in 2011.
