Taina Susiluoto

Member of the Board - Technology Industries of Finland

Taina Susiluoto has been the CEO of Technology Industries of Finland (TIF) since March 2026. Technology Industries of Finland represents Finland’s largest industrial sector, with its industries accounting for slightly over half of the country’s exports. 

Taina Susiluoto has a diverse background in senior roles within various Finnish organisations. She has served at the Finnish Olympic Committee, the Confederation of Finnish Industries (EK), the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment, and the Ministry of Defence. Her career also includes work at the United Nations and the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe. Susiluoto’s appointment as CEO of Technology Industries of Finland is a testament to her expertise and vision for the sector’s future. Since March 2026 she is the new CEO of Technology Industries of Finland (TIF).
