Floriane de Kerchove

Floriane is Responsible for Government Affairs for Europe at Agoria.

As Responsible for Government Affairs for Europe (with special focus on digital) she wants to develop a new dynamic for Agoria and its members. As a first achievement, their proposals were incorporated in the EU Recovery plan for Belgium.

Before that, she led fixed & mobile telecom infrastructure deployment in Belgium (mostly 4G and 5G) for Agoria and its members. She was successfully leading lobby and communication actions for new emission norms and the spectrum auction (2017-2020) in a sensitive and controversial context.

From 2007 to 2017, she was Director of Agoria Brussels, which included defining priorities and coordinating Agoria’s experts to lobby for the CEO members in Brussels. She was also chairwoman of the Board for a new training center for digital skills (digitalcity.brussels), being the driving force behind its launch and development with public and private partners (4 years).

Floriane has also been senior advisor to various Belgian Ministers (federal/regional) for topics such as financing of SMEs or Intelligent Transport Systems.
