Communications Internship for Projects

Job Description: 

You will join a growing and dynamic team of 70 and will get hands-on training from staff, with regular learning opportunities. Your work will be supervised by a line manager. We work a mixture of office and remote work. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Supporting the communications and stakeholder engagement for projects in the field of AI, digital transformation, digital health, digital skills, twin transition. 
  • Drafting content for social media, website, newsletters, reports.  
  • Creating visual assets. 
  • Organisation of events, meetings, agendas, and presentations. 
  • Support other tasks such as administrative tasks and desk research when needed. 
  • Communicate with consortium members on project related tasks.

Key Requirements: 

  • Student enrolled, or a recent graduate, in a programme in Communications, Public Affairs, Marketing or related fields with strong interest in project communications and management.  
  • You have good editing and proof-reading skills. 
  • You can create visual assets with Canva. 
  • You are familiar with using social media. 
  • You are familiar with WordPress or willing to learn. 
  • You have strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a results-driven mindset. 
  • You are very organised, have a natural sense of structure and time estimation. 
  • You are hands-on, highly motivated, friendly and approachable. 
  • Experience with event organisation is an asset. 

 

Remuneration: 

    Paid internship (in addition to any possible funding received from your sending university).
