DIGITALEUROPE's Statutes & By Laws

DIGITALEUROPE is an international non-profit association whose membership includes 41 national trade associations from across Europe as well as 109 corporations which are global leaders in their field of activity. In total, we represent over 46,000 businesses who operate and invest in Europe.

We have a “one member, one vote” policy, meaning that all corporate members, regardless of size, revenue or location, have an equal weight in internal decisions. This creates an atmosphere of cooperation towards common goals.

DIGITALEUROPE is governed by a General Assembly and an Executive Board.

The daily management of the association is the responsibility of the Director General, Cecilia Bonefeld-Dahl, supported by a team of digital policy experts.
