Senior Manager for Data Centres and the Green Transition

Key Responsibilities & Job Description 

As a Senior Manager for Data Centers and the Green Transition, you will manage our Data Centre project. You’ll play a key role in building Europe’s digital backbone while accelerating its green transformation. 

The role will include: 

  • Policy monitoring: Monitor and analyse EU policy developments relevant to the Data Centre sector. 
  • Policy drafting and analysis: Produce high-quality briefings, position papers, reports, and meeting minutes to support advocacy and decision-making. 
  • Outreach and communication: Prepare and implement outreach and communication activities, ensuring visibility and impact of the project. 
  • Stakeholder engagement: Build and maintain relationships with EU policymakers, industry associations, consultancies conducting research/studies for the European Commission, think tanks and other relevant organisations. 

 

Key Requirements 

  • 4-8 years of experience in government relations, public affairs or project management  
  • Solid understanding of the energy sector, with good knowledge of EU institutions and policymaking processes in Brussels. 
  • Proven track record in stakeholder coordination, policy analysis, and the production of high-quality briefings, minutes, and position papers.  
  • Highly organized, with proven ability to juggle priorities and consistently meet multiple deadlines  
  • Collaborative and supportive team player, able to thrive in a multicultural environment. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English (our main working language) is essential. 
  • Capacity to work independently,  
  • Strong networking ability within the digital technology sector is a significant advantage.
