As Europe moves from policy ambition to implementation, the focus is increasingly shifting towards digital deployment: real capabilities, investment and growth. DIGITALEUROPE’s Policy Summit will bring together Europe’s top policymakers, industry leaders and innovators to assess the progress of Europe’s digital strategy and identify the actions needed to accelerate competitiveness. 

Key discussions will focus on Europe’s AI strategy, the deployment of critical digital infrastructure and the role of public procurement in strengthening European technology ecosystems. The Summit will also explore the importance of digital skills in supporting Europe’s workforce transformation, including initiatives such as the proposed Skills Declaration and broader efforts to ensure Europe has the talent needed to lead in AI and emerging technologies. 

Bringing together leaders from EU institutions, Member States and industry, the Policy Summit will serve as a key end-of-year platform to shape priorities for Europe’s digital policy agenda in 2027 and beyond.
