Future Unicorn Award nominee: eAgronom

DIGITALEUROPE is proud to introduce eAgronom, among the selected SMEs to participate in the Future Unicorn Award. This Estonian company is driving the digitisation of SMEs and enterprises by helping farmers enter the digital age. They provide them for an easy to use platform to gather & analyse farming-related data and give them AI based suggestions.

About eAgronom

eAgronom brings farmers to online world and then increase their profits by directing them toward soil improving activities.

Farmers buy and use our ERP system to plan their resources (crops, financials, tasks, etc.), communicate internally and externally (give orders, communicate with accountant, report to government, etc.) and analyze (yield, net cost, profit, etc.) ERP helps us to build a trust with farmer and to get to know their farms more. After 1 year of ERP usage, we understand very well how to increase profits in each farm.

eAgronom uses this trust and knowledge to introduce AI Agronomist to their customers. AI Agronomist gives data-based suggestions to farmers. They help farmers to improve the environment around the farm (e.g. soil and life richness) which leads farm to bigger profits thanks to smaller costs in fertilizers, crop protection and fuel.

Farmers pay today in average 0.5 €/ha for ERP and 10 €/ha for AI Agronomist. eAgronom can make average farmer 100 €/ha more efficient thanks to AI Agronomist.

They have worked on their mission together with farmers for two years and will continue every day in the future. eAgronom service is in constant development and is improving and moving towards our vision day by day, year after year. Currently, farmers have said that there are three main benefits from using eAgronom:

1. More time during season

You as a farmer are doing the same tasks that you would regularly do but with remarkably less data entry. And the right decisions could be made already before the season – a large part of the software is for planning the best season ahead exactly how you’re used to doing it.

2. Real time overview

For managers and agronomists overview of the whole company, complete overview of upcoming tasks for tractor operators, inventory for accountants, etc.

3. Analysis

You can learn from the mistakes and successes of the previous seasons.

They provide professional training program from the first day forward and customer support that farmers love. They go to farmers and they come to them to plan the future of farming. eAgronom believes that the most simple solutions are the best.
