Lusine joined DIGITALEUROPE in Semptember 2021 to support the association’s outreach and engagement towards its national association members.
Lusine graduated from the American University of Armenia with a bachelor’s degree in Economics. During her bachelors’ studies she interned at the R&D center of the Armenian Ministry of Economics, working on investment projects and benchmark reports. After her graduation she joined Coca-Cola HBC Armenia as a public affairs and communications specialist. During three years in the company, Lusine executed internal and external communication tasks, including content development for digital platforms and constant media monitoring. She was also coordinating several large-scale projects with international exposure among which was the establishment of, and content development for the Coca-Cola Visitors Centre in Armenia.
Currently Lusine is an MSc candidate in Public Sector Innovation and E-Governance (PIONEER), a joint Master programme in three universities: KU Leuven, the University of Münster and Tallinn University of Technology. Through this programme she is particularly looking at the opportunities and challenges that digitalization brings to the public sector today, from free & open data usage to cybersecurity threats. Throughout her studies Lusine also gained knowledge and skills in the domain of information systems, working with relationship diagrams, modeling languages and enterprise architecture tools.
