Katarzyna Udała

Katarzyna Udała joined DIGITALEUROPE in October 2018. As Project and Communications Manager, she drives DIGITALEUROPE projects, especially those related to the topic of digital skills, such as Women4IT and European Digital Academy. Apart from project coordination, her expertise lies in communication and stakeholder outreach. 

Before becoming Project and Communication Manager, Katarzyna worked at DIGITALEUROPE for over a year as Communications Officer, focusing mainly on social media and website content management.

Prior to joining DIGITALEUROPE, Katarzyna gained her digital marketing and communications expertise interning with a youth-work oriented non-profit organisation, where she worked towards implementing a yearly communication strategy, building brand visibility, and maintaining relationships with clients and institutional partners. 

Katarzyna is also an experienced trainer specialised in soft skills development and youth participation. She has delivered a number of training events and workshops across Europe, including training events co-developed with the Council of Europe.

Katarzyna holds a BA in Management and Sociology in Business and Media from Kozminski University with a curriculum strongly focused on intercultural communication and digital communication strategies. She also studied Business Administration at IE University in Madrid, Spain.
