Caroline Walczak

Senior Policy Manager for Consumer Affairs

Caroline is DIGITALEUROPE’s Policy Manager for consumer-related policies, focusing her work on digital contract rules and the New Deal for Consumers package. She is also responsible for topics related to intellectual property rights.

Prior to DIGITALEUROPE, Caroline worked for three years as a Consultant at Weber Shandwick, a global public relations and public affairs firm, where she has been providing strategic advice to clients interested in all aspects of the Digital Single Market strategy. Before that, Caroline assisted companies and associations in the development of their activities in Poland and completed a traineeship within the European Commission’s Directorate General for Justice and Consumers (DG JUST). She also had a trainee placement at the Public Affairs’ Department of Orange, the telecommunications operator.

Caroline graduated from the Université Panthéon-Assas Paris II with an MA in European Comparative Law and from the Catholic University of Paris with an MA in European Relations and Lobbying.
