Which engages on the most important health care issues with leaders in platform services, data analytics, software, hardware, telecoms, semiconductors and cloud technology. We have also developed a unique high-profile body, ‘DIGITALEUROPE’s Executive Council for Health’, which drives our unique insights into the digital transformation of healthcare.

Job description

We are looking for a motivated, pro-active candidate who is full of ideas that can help drive the organisation forward. You will join a dynamic, diverse, fun, and respectful international work environment with opportunities to further grow and develop.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Drive DIGITALEUROPE’s thought leadership and high-level engagement for DIGITALEUROPE’s Executive Council for Health.
  • Oversee the work of the Digital Health Working Group and coordinate with other relevant working groups such as AI, Data and Privacy WGs.
  • Drive consensus in the group and support in the development of position papers and other materials, including research and analysis.
  • Be on top of EU policy developments of relevance in particular the upcoming EHDS, AI and Data Acts.
  • Prepare and implement outreach and communication activities, build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Cooperate closely with our recruitment team to continue to grow our membership base.

Key requirements

  • Ability to collaborate and provide senior support to our policy team.
  • Can demonstrate and learn an expertise on the digital and health issues.
  • An expertise of the GDPR and function of the European Data Protection Board would be seen as a huge advantage.
  • Master level University education with 6 years of relevant work experience.
  • Can track legislative movements in the EC, EP, and Council.
  • Proven track record of driving thought-leadership and public speaking.
  • Strong integrity and the ability to be a good facilitator handling different views.
  • Self-driven and organised.
