In many of these initiatives, DIGITALEUROPE’s role lies in communication and stakeholder outreach/engagement.

 


Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of one of Europe’s most influential and fastest-growing trade associations. As the Business Officer, you will be working transversally across teams to ensure that DIGITALEUROPE’s processes run smoothly and are improved upon. The Business Officer is essential to the success and professionalism of the organisation and is instrumental in allowing it to grow. You will be reporting to the Senior Intelligence & Operations Manager.

As the leading trade association in the field of digital technologies and digitalising industries, we are looking for a motivated, pro-active candidate who is full of ideas that can help drive the organisation forward. You will join a dynamic, diverse, fun, and respectful international work environment with opportunities to further grow and develop.


Key tasks and responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop the different systems used across the organisation (CRM, data management, business intelligence, etc.).

  • Ensure the gathering & input of high-quality, actionable and harmonised data

  • Manage the invoicing and payment processes.

  • Assist in Member care and member recruitment. This includes gathering business intelligence and preparation of material for member onboarding.

  • Overall quality control: ensure and oversee that processes are implemented and respected across the organisation and contribute to keeping deliverables at a similar standard.

 


Required competencies and skills

  • Master or Bachelor level University education after a first internship experience (one-year work experience)

  • Business Administration or technical degree preferred

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

  • Technologically savvy, feeling very comfortable learning to use new systems and keen to find new solutions to organisational problems

  • Ability to manage multiple issues and deadlines

  • Self-driven and organised

  • Service-oriented and curious

  • Enjoy processes and administrative work.
