Joint paper on RoHS/methodology

The undersigned organisations support the intention of the Environment Committee in the

European Parliament to define clear criteria and procedures for the identification and evaluation

of substances before restricting substances in electrical and electronic equipment. This

improves transparency and provides proper and concise justification for future substance bans.
