Position on market access barriers in Turkey

There are still a significant number of de facto trade barriers experienced by the ICT sector in Turkey. This position paper seeks to list the current challenges being experienced by the ICT sector and highlights further measures to make access to the Turkish market superlative and fully aligned with EU legislation applicable in Turkey.
