DIGITALEUROPE Director-General Ms Bridget Cosgrave presided over a high-level panel session at the 17th World Congress on Information Technology (WCIT) in 2010 in the Netherlands on Wednesday 26 May. Ms Cosgrave directed a panel entitled ‘Flexible IT in a Fluid World: Rigid systems in changing environments' - which included presentations by Mr Hans Blokpoel, CIO IND, Immigration and Naturalisation Service, Mrs Simone Dobbelaar, Chief Policy Information Officer IND, Immigration and Naturalisation Service, Mrs Ann Steward, Chief Information Officer and General Manager Australian Government Information Management Office (AGIMO), Department of Finance and Deregulation, Australia, and Mr Mike Fauscette, Group Vice President, Software Business Solutions IDC.
